Gaumaa Farms supplies raw A2 Gir cow milk from our farm in Nikhri, Dharuhera. Our cows are raised on fodder grown under our own supervision, and every milk batch is checked daily using an Ultrasonic Milk Analyzer.
Purity Begins with What Our Cows Eat
We grow fodder on our own farmland and nourish the soil with natural fertiliser made from our cows’ dung. We do not use synthetic chemical fertilisers, pesticides or artificial growth enhancers on these fodder crops. This gives us direct oversight from soil and fodder to cow and milk.
Fresh Dairy, Clearly Delivered
Milk, curd and lassi: Dharuhera, Bhiwadi and Rewari.
Bilona ghee: Dharuhera, Bhiwadi, Rewari, Gurgaon and Delhi.
Our milk is supplied raw (unpasteurised). Boil before consumption and refrigerate promptly after delivery. A2 describes a beta-casein protein variant; it does not mean lactose-free and is not presented as treatment for any medical condition.
